For SITE Basic Inspection certification, WETT INC. requires at least 80 weeks of field-inspection activities.
Inspection activity can include fire inspections, building inspections, insurance inspections and pre-purchase home inspections, provided that at least 30 inspections of wood-burning appliances have been
completed.

Hi, my name is Eddie Hiscock Owner and Chief Consultant of Healthy Living Spaces Canada; I am a Board Certified Master Inspector (CMI), Wood Energy Technology Transfer (WETT) Certified, a Certified Indoor Air Consultant (IAC2), a Certified Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist™ (EMRS), a Certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant™ (BBEC), and a Certified Building Biology New-Build Consultant™ (BBNC).
I offer Home & WETT Inspections for Residential & Commercial Properties, Indoor Environmental Air Quality & EMF Assessments/Testing, New Build - Healthy Home Consulting, on-site in Saskatoon, SK and the surrounding area. I also provide , phone or zoom consultation on the assessment of buildings and their indoor living environment, including New-Builds.
Certification as a Building Biology Environmental Consultant™ (BBEC)
BBEC Professional Certification thoroughly equips students with practical, real-world, hands-on experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating pollutants, airborne toxins, and electromagnetic emissions in homes, schools, offices, and commercial spaces.
International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) certification is open to all members of the IAQ industry who serve to promote healthy indoor environments at residential and commercial properties. The qualifying fields of expertise include mold inspections, mold sampling and testing, radon air testing, radon water testing, radon mitigation system inspections, lead paint and water testing, asbestos testing and abatement, waterproofing, the HUD Healthy Homes Program, EMF testing, pesticide testing, and other environmental services.
Certification as an Electromagnetic Radiation Specialist™ (EMRS)The EMRS Professional Certification thoroughly equips you with practical, real-world, hands-on experience to identify, assess, and mitigate electromagnetic radiation (EMR) in homes, schools, offices, and commercial spaces.
Certified Master Inspector (CMI)® is both a U.S. and Canadian registered trademark of the Master Inspector Certification Board, Inc. CMI® is the inspection industry’s top professional designation and is awarded to qualifying inspectors who have demonstrated the highest level of competency. Every Certified Master Inspector® must: (a) have completed 1,000 fee-paid inspections and/or hours of education (combined); (b) have been in the inspection business for at least three years; (c) agree to abide by the inspection industry’s toughest Code of ethics; (d) agree to periodic criminal background checks.
